On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK restructuring practice, to a new, independent business, Interpath Ltd, making it the largest independent restructuring business in the UK. KPMG UK will continue to provide all other tax and advisory services, including Debt Advisory, M&A, strategy, value creation and performance improvement services through its tax, deals and consulting businesses. From 4 May all corporate and personal insolvency engagements will be transferred to Interpath Advisory.
